One address reaches the editorial desk: [email protected]. Elowen Bourke or one of the four specialists reads every message, and replies go out within two business days during Australian hours.
Three kinds of message get acted on quickly, and each needs a different detail from you:
- ✔ A figure that has changed — tell us the brand, the number we published, and where the operator now states otherwise.
- ✔ A cashier that ran slower than our recorded window — send the payment method, the request date and the date funds landed.
- ✔ A brand worth testing — name it and, if you have it, the licence number, so verification can start the same week.
A screenshot turns a message into a re-test. Without one we can usually still reproduce a bonus term, but a disputed withdrawal window is hard to check after the fact, and vague reports tend to sit in the queue rather than move an entry.
Some requests fall outside what a review desk can do. No account on any of these sites belongs to us, so a held payout, a frozen balance or a stalled verification is not something we can move, and nothing written on this site counts as legal, tax or financial advice. When the regulator behind a licence operates a complaints procedure, our reply will name it and list the documents that procedure asks for.
